What is covered?
This plan provides coverage in the event your device suffers mechanical or electrical failure, even those resulting from normal use. The plan also includes coverage in the event the failure was the result of a power surge.

How are claims handled?
In the event you have a claim, please call 1-800-800-6132.
Please note that proof of purchase for your device is required when submitting any claim.
Once your claim has been validated, the Customer Care team will instruct you on how to move forward with service. Depending on the type of product, the claim will be handled in one of the following ways:
Carry-In: You will be instructed to take your device to a local authorized service provided. Covered Products must be delivered and picked up by you at the authorized service center during normal business hours.
In-Home:  The Customer Care team will arrange for a technician to come to your home to assess the problem and perform the repair if possible.
Replacement: The device will be replaced with one of like kind and quality. Replacement products may include factory refurbished items.

No. There is no deductible with SafewareESP for Appliances.
